| 訂購須知 |

• 本店除部分現貨產品外，均為客製訂單，下單後會依照付款順序排單製作。
• 手工訂製需時約15～30個工作天（不含假日），交貨日期視乎實際狀況增減；不接急單、請勿催單，客人可接受才下單。
• 如有送禮需求請先告知送禮日期，避免達不到交貨日期而浪費雙方寶貴時間溝通討論。
• 全手工製作並非精品，完美主義者請勿下單；手作產品會有2～3公分誤差，屬正常現象。
• 因螢幕顯示會有差異，實物與照片會略有色差，顏色以實物為準。
• 印花布取圖恕無法指定位置，若取圖位置不如想像亦不接受退換貨。
• 客製商品除主布料挑選外，除非有明確的配布圖指示，否則「配布、輔料及刺繡顏色均由店主搭配」；可告知期望色系及寶貝性別，恕不接受無止盡的配色討論。
• 客製商品確認訂單後，恕不接受更改和取消，下單後代表同意本店購物規定。

私訊下單>挑選主布料>付款>排單製作>完成出貨

1. 私訊下單

請私訊告知店主客人心儀訂製的產品，索取價目或現貨連結下單。

2. 挑選布料

請詢問店主提供可製作布料或在IG挑選布料，提交店主。

3. 付款結單

訂單確認及付款後，確認無誤即進行排單。

4. 排單製作

手工客製需時，視乎實際接單情況會告知預估交貨日期，請耐心等待請勿催單。

5. 通知出貨

出貨後會再私訊通知客人，提供Royal Mail追蹤單號。

| Shop Policies & Ordering Guide |

• Most items are custom-made, except for a limited ready-made products. Orders are processed according to the payment order.

• Handmade production requires 15–30 working days (excluding weekends/holidays). Lead time may vary depending on workload.

⚠️ Rush orders are not accepted. Please place an order only if you are comfortable with the timeline.

• For gift orders, please inform us of your required date in advance to avoid delays.

• Our products are handmade, not factory-perfect. A measurement difference of 2–3 cm is normal. Perfectionists, please keep this in mind.

• Due to screen display differences, there may be slight colour variations. The actual product colour shall prevail.

• For printed fabrics, the pattern placement cannot be specified. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.

• For custom orders, customers shall select the main fabric; unless a clear fabric-matching guide is provided, complementary fabrics, all accessories, and embroidery thread colours will be chosen by the shop owner.

• You may indicate your preferred colour scheme or baby’s gender, but endless colour discussions will not be accepted.

• Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are accepted. Placing an order indicates agreement with these shop policies.

| How to Order |

1. Message us

Let us know what product you’d like to order. We’ll provide a price list or show available, ready-made items.

2. Choose fabric

Ask us for available fabric options or browse our Instagram fabric highlights, then submit your choice.

3. Confirm & Pay

Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, it enters the production queue.

4. Production

Handmade items take time. We will provide an estimated delivery date based on current order volume.

5. Shipping Notification

You will receive a private message with your Royal Mail tracking number once the order is shipped.
